Offshore Technology Conference’s Importance in Times of Change
The offshore technology industry is facing enormous change in times of shifting business and political and economic paradigms. And the Offshore Technology Conference, held as usual in Houston, Texas, from 1-4 May 2017, has stepped up to the mark to reflect those changes.
As part of the technology programme, there will be updates from some of the largest world-class projects around the globe, and how the demand for lower costs is driving the development of breakthrough technologies. But the event will also focus on new technical topics that were not even on the radar of professionals a decade ago with the onset of the digital age.
And of course Cathodic Protection Co Ltd will once again be in attendance in partnership with US agents Brown Corrosion Services of Houston. Matthew Lamb, Anti Fouling Product Manager, is a long serving attendee at the event, and is excited at the prospect of discussing the company’s latest developments with existing and potential clients.
“The conference is the world’s largest event for the offshore technology industry, with all the industry’s premier companies attending,” explained Matthew. “It is therefore a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase some of our highest profile contracts to demonstrate our potential to clients as a leader in marine anti fouling.”
